Linear ST line with miniature stroke
High load capacity and resistance to moments. The ST linear guideway with miniature stroke contains two rows of ball guides with a contact angle of 45° between ball and rail. Larger balls improve resistance to moment and force loads.
Dual end plates
The ST linear guide design incorporates twin stainless steel end plates. Both the carriage and rail have end plates to prevent the carriage from rolling off the rail.
High precision and smoothness of movement
The steel balls of the ST line are packed along the rail without recirculation. This allows for exceptional movement parameters such as low friction, high precision, smoothness of movement and minimal vibration.
Easy assembly
The ST linear guideway allows for easy installation along the entire length of the guideway using screws thanks to the holes in the carriage. Through these holes the rails can be bolted to the base.
Temperature resistance
The ST linear guideway can withstand temperatures of up to 150 °C as standard. Optional versions with temperature resistance up to 200°C and 300°C are also available. Higher temperatures reduce the load capacity of the line.
Anti-corrosion design
The rails, carriage, balls and end plates are made of hardened stainless steel. This makes inspection and maintenance easier.
