SU series - end, bottom seal

In addition to the seals at both ends, the trolley is also equipped with a newly developed additional seal on the underside of the trolley, which prevents the penetration of dirt into the ball tracks from the underside. A cleaner ball track means longer life for the entire system. 

ZU series - end seals, bottom seals, lubricating postmen

The newly developed bottom seal of the carriage prevents lubricant leakage from the underside. Built-in lubrication pads increase the volume of lubricant reserves in the trolley and extend lubrication intervals.

SUE series - end, bottom seal, side and bottom reinforcement plates

Built-in bottom seal reinforces dustproofing from the underside of the trolley. Stainless steel reinforcement plates protect the plastic sides of the trolley and prevent damage from hard particles.

EE series - end seals, side reinforcement plates

Stainless steel reinforcement plates completely cover both plastic ends of the trolley. They are fastened with stainless steel screws on the top and bottom of the trolley. This results in a highly rigid trolley structure and high durability, which enables higher speeds and accelerations to be achieved. The stainless steel end plates leave only a minimal gap between the rails and, thanks to the appropriate design, wipe dirt from the rails. 

Maximum trolley speed up to 5 m/s, maximum acceleration up to 300 m/s2 

EZ series - end doughing, side reinforcing plate

Stainless steel reinforcing plates completely cover both plastic ends of the trolley. Built-in lubrication pads increase the lubricant supply in the trolley and extend lubrication intervals.
